USABAA promotes, supports and encourages students in pursuit of educational and professional goals in the field of aviation. Our goals are:
    - Develop scholarships and student aid programs that are sufficiently
varied to provide opportunities as aviators, engineers, navigators, technicians and other aviation specialties.
    - Encourage young people to enter the military or pursue employment fields in commercial aviation
    - Pursue and complete educational opportunities in aviation related fields
The organization has provided several scholarships to individuals attending college, completing their education and entering into the military.
